At Philip & Ynys Property LTD. we have started our own bespoke agency here in beautiful North Wales.

We are a young and enthusiastic couple with a passion for property and people, supported by the world's largest real estate franchise, Keller Williams.

We wish to provide our local area with a personal and unmatched level of customer service through the usually very stressful and emotional process of buying, selling or letting a property. 

Our aim is to add value to the local community as a business by being the go-to people when property comes to mind. This is something that we believe is not currently provided in the local industry.
